JT-BFY-1200 paperboard laminating machine is a paperboard processing equipment integrating lamination, colour coating and cutting developed in our company based on 1200 laminating machine and practical experience for many years. The machine is applied to manufacturing activity of reel materials of glass cardboard, gold card paper and silver cardboard, etc.

I. Characteristics of Structure and Performance:
The paperboard unwinding adopts hydraulic pressure lifting device, easy & simple to handle and low labor intensity.
The unwinding tension control adopts magnetic powder brake control, wide regulating range and convenient for operation & direct viewing.
Lamination glue spreading adopts double-roller diversion coating in the same direction, low requirements of glue viscosity and easy to control glue spread.
Set up the hot cylinder ironer to guarantee the leveling of rear surface after lamination.
Color coating adopts netting roller gravure mode, scraper movement and plate cylinder autorotation device in stoppage, uniform colour and exact measurement.
Bow drying tunnel, perforated plate hot air drying, auto thermostatical control and over 8m of drying tunnel, carry out low temperature drying for long time and guarantee invariability of basic feature of raw material.
The cooling adopts water-cooling and air-cooling device, quickly depress the temperature of finished product in favor of figuration of surface coating.
The winding power adopts AC speed regulating electric motor, constant linear speed constant tension winding with digital length counting.
