JTST plastic sheet extruder is designed and manufactured by absorbing domestic and international advanced technology. It is applicable in producing various kinds of plastic sheets of PP, PE and PS.

This machine is the combination of such main parts as extruder, calendar, winder and electric control console. The screw and the cylinder are made of high quality alloy steel(38Crmoala) with optimum hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long service life time after nitrogen treatment. The flow channel in the head is of coat-hanger design and it ensures the even thickness and the smooth surface of the sheets. The circular water inside the calendar brings perfect cooling effect.
