The slitters adopt PLC control system, Speed and Working parameters can be displayed on Control Board
It adopts imported Frequency Inverter to control the AC motor working, it is more stable.
It adopts pneumatic shaftless loading system, the lifting arm is movable for clamp the paper roll and lift it. The operation is more easy and parts are more bearable.
It adopts automatic Braking for the unwinding tension control
It adopts 21 sets of round disc cutter for the paper slitting, the cutter distance is adjustable.
It adopts photocell tracking system for material edge tracking.
All rolls balance is adjustable (the balance device made in Taiwan)
It adopts pneumatic system for the paper roll unloading and transmission part hanging. The air pressure is adjustable.
