What Is Roll-to-Roll Processing for Water-Activated Tape
Roll-to-roll processing plays a critical role in the converting stage of water-activated tape manufacturing. Whether producing reinforced or non-reinforced water-activated tape, large jumbo rolls must be accurately slit and rewound into finished tape rolls that meet customer specifications. Depending on production requirements, converters can choose a standard slitter rewinder or an inline flexographic printing slitter rewinder to complete slitting, rewinding and custom printing in a single process.

Our large bobbin converting solution slits and rewinds jumbo water-activated kraft paper tape rolls into multiple large-diameter bobbins. These bobbins can be used for further converting, automatic dispensing systems or industrial packaging applications. Water Activated Tape Production Line
The water-activated tape production line combines inline flexographic printing, slitting, rewinding and automatic shrink film packaging into a fully integrated converting system. It continuously processes jumbo kraft paper tape rolls into finished products with accurate slitting, stable winding tension and high-quality printing.
