After it is stabilized, when the roll diameter reaches 300~400mm, the speed will gradually increase to an appropriate speed (about 600m/min).
6. While the speed of the facial tissue machine is gradually increased, the assistant operator should pay close attention to the subtle changes in the paper surface of the roll.
If folds, twists, knife-edge bite, etc. are found, immediately adjust the pressure roller fine-tuning handwheel.
When the south side pleats, the handwheel is driven to the right and presses down;
When the north side pleats, the handwheel is driven to the left and lifted up.
And immediately sends a message to the main operator to increase or decrease the tension.
7. The main operator observes the edge trimming of the paper surface and the end face of the roll while the speed is stable and normal.
According to the change of the paper surface, the oil pump of the press roll can be turned on or off to ensure the quality of the roll.
8. If the paper web suddenly breaks, the main operator immediately presses the stop button and at the same time rotates the deceleration handle to the “0” position, and the facial tissue machine stops.
10. The main operator should strictly control the roll diameter and length required by the process standard.
When the length standard is reached, first turn the deceleration handle to the “0” position, and at the same time turn the tension knob to the right with the left hand to increase the tension setting.
At this time, the machine speed can be smoothly decelerated, press the stop button to stop the operation.

1. The folding surface is not neat
(1) The shifting fork, paper unwinding section, and paper feeding section are unstable.
(2) The air ring of the folding roller is too late to close the air, the angle of the air ring needs to be adjusted.
Loosen the locking screw on the adjusting ring, and turn the angle of the air ring joint to make the folding knife groove and folding roller close air in advance, then tighten the screws.
(3) The board position before and after the discharge slot is wrong, and the distance between them is incorrect.
2. The paper dislocation is not obvious
The distance between the left and right push plates does not match with the two sides of the discharge slot.
The distance between the left and right push plates is equal to the material width plus 2 times the cylinder stroke.
The cylinder stroke is set to 6-8mm.
When the push plate moves to the right, the pipe edge of the push plate should be cut into the discharge slot 3-4mm.
3. The surface of the folding roller fails to fully absorb facial tissue
(1) The pump pipe and filter are blocked.
Clean the filter regularly. When you hear a dull sound, you must deal with it in time.
(2) Vacuum leakage.
2.1. The paper surface does not completely cover the suction holes of the folding roller.
Use silica gel or tape to block the suction holes on the folding roller that are not completely covered.
2.2. The gap between the air ring and the folding roller is too large.
Adjust the left and right bolts and adjust the three simultaneously to ensure that the gap is between 0.2-0.5mm, and add sealing grease.
2.3. Leakage of gas pipe or joint should be checked in time.
2.4. The speed of unwinding is lower than the speed of folding.
4. The shift fork breaks the paper
(1) The shift fork is not at the centerline of the shift fork groove between left and right folding rollers.
(2) Action time of the shift fork advances or delays, adjust the closing angle of the knife groove air ring and the swing angle of the shift fork.
(3) The unwinding speed is lower than the folding speed, and the distance between the front and backboard is incorrect, please adjust again.
5. Shift fork hangs paper
(1) The speed of unwinding is lower than the speed of folding, adjust the speed control hand wheel of the front and back unwind stands.
(2) Check the suction power and clean the suction grid.
6. The embossing is not clear or crushed
The gap between the two embossing rollers is controlled by the embossing adjustment bolt:
The gap at both ends is required to be the same, and the horizontal registration of the upper and lower embossing rollers can be adjusted by adjusting the screw nut on the embossing roller.
7. Embossing wrinkles
It can be achieved by adjusting the distance between the embossing roller and the bottom roller.
8. The belt and sprocket slip or jump
The tension wheel can be adjusted to adjust the belt or chain to achieve this.
9. The human-machine interface does not count or count failure
(1) The proximity switch is too far away from the induction zone of the shift fork, normally 2mm.
(2) The proximity switch may be out of order, please make it clear that it is an NPN model.
10. Screaming and noising when the machine rotates
