EXTON, Pennsylvania — AmerCareRoyal (ACR) has acquired the assets of RediBagUSA, a U.S. supplier of reusable shopping bags, paper products and sustainable packaging solutions, strengthening its position in the foodservice and industrial packaging markets.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Acquisition Broadens Sustainable Product Offering

RediBagUSA supplies a wide range of products to customers across the grocery, restaurant, medical and industrial sectors.

Its portfolio includes reusable shopping bags, paper bags, recyclable and compostable food safety bags, gloves, bin liners and other packaging products.

ACR said the acquisition expands its environmentally focused product range while increasing its presence across multiple end markets.

Strategy Focuses on Growth and Sourcing

According to ACR, the transaction aligns with its strategy of growing through complementary acquisitions that broaden product offerings, strengthen sourcing capabilities and enhance customer service across its distribution network.

CEO Scott Milberg said RediBagUSA’s sourcing expertise, established brands and customer relationships complement ACR’s existing platform and create opportunities for future expansion.

Leadership Continuity Supports Integration

Founded in 1957, RediBagUSA has built a long-standing presence in sustainable packaging and foodservice supplies.

Following the acquisition, Jeff Rabiea, RediBagUSA’s CEO and president, will continue supporting the business alongside members of the company’s senior management team.

Rabiea said joining ACR provides access to a broader international network and operational infrastructure while allowing the company to continue serving its existing customer base.

Sustainable Packaging Consolidation Continues

The acquisition reflects ongoing consolidation within the packaging industry as distributors and manufacturers expand their sustainable product portfolios to meet growing demand for reusable, recyclable and compostable packaging solutions.
