Röchling Industrial Kimberly has appointed Ken Stager as Managing Director, succeeding Dave Brown, who led the Wisconsin-based company for 26 years.

The leadership transition brings an experienced pulp and paper industry professional to the head of Röchling Industrial Kimberly as the company looks to continue developing its business and customer relationships across North America.

Ken Stager Brings Pulp and Paper Industry Experience

Stager has spent his career in the U.S. pulp and paper industry, combining practical paper machine experience with technical and commercial responsibilities.

His background includes hands-on work with paper machines and specialization in dewatering technology, an important area of paper machine operation affecting water removal and overall production performance.

He later moved into senior responsibilities involving project business in the North American market.

That combination gives Stager experience across both mill operations and customer-facing industrial projects.

Eckerstorfer highlighted Stager’s industry knowledge and understanding of the North American pulp and paper market as important strengths for his new position.

The appointment also marks the end of a long leadership period under Dave Brown.

Brown headed Röchling Industrial Kimberly for 26 years, playing what the company described as a key role in developing the operation into its current business.

Röchling thanked Brown for his contribution and long-term commitment to the company.

The length of his tenure makes the appointment a significant leadership transition for the Kimberly operation rather than a routine management change.

Röchling said it expects Stager to continue the company’s development while strengthening relationships with customers throughout North America.

Based in Kimberly, Wisconsin, Röchling Industrial Kimberly LLC provides high-performance solutions for industrial applications, with a particular focus on the pulp and paper sector.

The company is a subsidiary of Röchling Industrial Oepping and forms part of the global Röchling Group.

Its Wisconsin location also places the operation within a region with a longstanding concentration of pulp, paper and converting businesses.

With Stager taking over leadership, Röchling Industrial Kimberly gains a managing director whose professional background has been closely connected with the same industry the business serves.

The company has not announced additional organizational changes alongside the appointment.
