UPM Adhesive Materials has launched UPM QuickStick™ receipt materials, designed for quick-service restaurants that need faster order handling, clearer kitchen organization and more reliable delivery packaging.
The new portfolio will be officially unveiled at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago from May 16–19, 2026.
Designed for QSR Order Accuracy
UPM QuickStick materials are made to perform across common foodservice packaging surfaces, including:
- paper wraps
- cardboard boxes
- coated packaging
- plastic containers
The materials support different operational needs, from repositionable receipts to stronger adhesive options suitable for sealing.
Peel, Hold and Seal Options
The portfolio includes multiple adhesive technologies:
- Peel for removable or repositionable use
- Hold for stable order identification
- Seal for higher-adhesion closure applications
This gives restaurants flexibility to match materials with printers, packaging formats and workflow needs.
Printer Performance Tested With OEMs
UPM says in-house testing with printer OEMs showed:
- fewer printer interruptions
- reduced adhesive build-up
- consistent print quality
For high-volume QSR operations, this matters because label failure can slow kitchen workflow, delivery accuracy and customer service speed.
CarbonNeutral® Certified Options
Selected QuickStick products are certified CarbonNeutral® by Climate Impact Partners under The CarbonNeutral Protocol.
This allows QSR operators and label partners to support measurable climate action while maintaining adhesive and print performance.
Industry Insight
UPM QuickStick reflects a wider trend in foodservice packaging: labels and receipts are no longer small accessories. They are becoming operational tools for order accuracy, delivery reliability and brand sustainability targets.
