VPK Group has completed the full acquisition of Fencor Packaging Group, bringing UK corrugated packaging specialist Manor Packaging entirely into its portfolio and reinforcing its position in the British packaging market.

The move follows VPK’s purchase of a minority stake in Fencor Packaging Group in 2024 and represents another step in the company’s European expansion strategy.

Expanding UK Corrugated Packaging Operations

Based in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire, Manor Packaging operates a modern corrugated packaging manufacturing facility supported by nationwide warehousing and distribution capabilities.

The acquisition strengthens VPK’s ability to serve customers across the United Kingdom through expanded manufacturing capacity and local expertise.

The transaction also marks a leadership change.

After 26 years leading the business, Group Managing Director David Orr is set to retire.

Tony Clifton, currently serving as Sales Director, will assume the role of Managing Director of Manor Packaging, providing leadership continuity and maintaining the company’s customer-focused approach.
