Perforating Machine
The perforating machine is an industrial-grade unit designed to integrate directly with the slitter rewinder, allowing perforating, slitting, and rewinding to be completed in one continuous roll-to-roll process. The perforation hole shape, size, spacing, and pattern can be customized according to the finished product requirements. This configuration is suitable for manufacturers that need both slitting and perforating functions while reducing additional handling between separate machines.

Automatic Splicing Table
The automatic splicing table is designed to make jumbo roll changes more convenient during continuous roll-to-roll production. When the previous jumbo roll is nearly finished, the operator can use the splicing table to join the end of the existing web with the beginning of a new jumbo roll. This helps avoid re-feeding and re-threading the paper through each roller one by one after every roll change, reducing setup work and making material changeovers faster and easier.
