In the process of paper production and processing, due to the shrinkage force of the paper cross section, the paper often wrinkles during operation. As the market’s requirements for paper quality continue to increase, wrinkle prevention has always been a serious problem faced by paper mills.

There is a basic rule in the field of roll-to-roll(R2R) processing: the jumbo roll will always try to remain perpendicular to the roller it is close to, or the roll will self-adjust to enter the roller it is close to vertically.
