Thermal receipt rolls are utilized in a variety of applications beyond restaurants, including lottery shops, medical ECG paper rolls, ATM machines, and POS machines. These rolls are manufactured using a chemical thermal coating that reacts to heat, causing the paper surface to turn black or blue when exposed to a thermal source. This specialized material is known as thermal paper.

Hydraulic Unwinder Stand
Based on our extensive experience, we have observed that some thermal paper jumbo rolls can have diameters exceeding 1000 mm, with some reaching up to 1200 mm.
The gross weight of these rolls can range from 500 to 600 kg. For jumbo rolls measuring 795 mm or wider, the weight increases significantly. To effectively manage these heavy-duty jumbo rolls, we utilize hydraulic power to facilitate the raising and lowering of the rolls.
The hydraulic unwinder stand is specifically designed to accommodate jumbo rolls weighing up to 1000 kg, ensuring maximum efficiency during operation. If your jumbo roll exceeds this weight, we can assist in upgrading to a 40 kg magnetic powder brake(Italy RE brand) to safely support the increased load.
Servo Motor
The 2024 version of the JT-SLT-900A features an upgraded servo motor drive system. This enhancement allows for optimal gear compatibility, significantly increasing strength and performance. As a result, the maximum working speed can reach an impressive 300 m/min, positioning our machine as a leading solution among manufacturers in the market.
Banana Roller
We have conducted extensive testing on various sizes of banana rollers in our factory. During these tests, we observed that some banana rollers can become unstable, particularly at speeds exceeding 300 m/min.
Our banana rollers are designed with a radial angle of 8 to 15 degrees and diameters ranging from 80 to 150 mm. Each roller features an internal steel core, a rubber surface, and integrated bearings. When slitting thermal paper, the rubber radius effectively creates a gap between each narrow strip, minimizing the risk of overlapping.
