1. Spreader Device: Automatically separates rolls on the conveyor belt. Operators must avoid excessive pressure to prevent damage to the rolls. The rolls can also be positioned upright during the splitting process.
2. Hammer Punching Machine: Ensures a clean surface finish using a pneumatic cylinder to punch through the inner plastic cores and overlapping rolls. It efficiently processes rolls of various diameters (up to 80 mm x 80 mm).
3. Shrink Film Packaging Machine: Comprises an L-bar sealer cutter and heating tunnels, allowing for the packaging of eight rolls (4×2) or customized configurations. The heating tunnels stretch the film and wrap the thermal paper rolls.
