At Jota Machinery, every order follows a clear, collaborative process—ensuring accuracy, customization, and efficiency from start to finish. From reviewing your unique needs, to drawing design and double-checking technical details, our cross-functional teams work hand in hand to deliver reliable, tailor-made solutions that align with your goals.

Order Review

Our sales, engineering, and production teams work together to evaluate your needs and recommend the best machine model and features for your application.

Drawing Design

Once your order is confirmed, our engineering team begins the drawing and design process tailored to your machine configuration. Simultaneously, our procurement department ensures all raw materials and key components—such as motors, PLCs, and blades—are sourced from trusted suppliers.

Drawing Review

Our engineers double-check all mechanical and electrical drawings before production. We ensure technical accuracy, compatibility, and client-specific customization. Once approved, these drawings guide every step of manufacturing.

Purchasing

Once you confirm your order, our procurement team springs into action. They ensure all raw materials, components (motors, PLCs, blades), and critical parts are sourced from trusted suppliers.

QC

Before production starts, all incoming materials undergo inspection. Throughout assembly, our QC team performs mechanical and electrical checks, tension calibration, and safety tests.

Assembly

Our technicians begin building your slitter rewinder machine according to the approved specification. Wiring, mechanical assembly, alignment, and tension system setup are done under supervision.

Debugging

The machine enters the debugging phase with full power-on testing. We simulate real slitting conditions using your material samples or equivalent paper/film.

Delivery

After final inspection, your machine is cleaned, protected with anti-rust oil, shrink-wrapped, and packed into a fumigation-free wooden case. Shipping documents and manuals are included.
